This chocolate-filled tour is set to delight adults and children alike while they explore the old town of Zurich and its best sweet shops; even those not listed in guidebooks, family-run business using original recipes passed down through the generations.
Guided by the friendly and knowledgeable Kerrin of MyKugelhopf, participants learn over the course of 2.5 hours all there is to know about chocolate, in Switzerland and afar- the history of chocolate, how it is made, current trends, how to buy and how to taste too.
They will discuss current sweet trends and hear from passionatel shopkeepers about the mouth-watering confections they will taste: chocolate bars, truffles, pralines, assorted confections, hot chocolate and more.
Starting at 2pm in the afternoon, from Tuesday to Friday, this is a must-do activity for those with a sweet tooth, those traveling with children, and a unique experience for those who may have visited Zurich before.
