1. Les Esserts (for children)

The ski area Les Esserts is the perfect area for kids who want to learn how to ski. On gentle hills the smaller ones go down the hill very safe and secure.

Top tip: A lot of ski schools visit this same area to practice with children in this safe surrounding. Its also a great place for beginner adults to learn how to ski.

2. Les Moulins (for beginners and children)

This is the perfect place for beginners and children. In the middle of Verbier you can learn on flat hills how to ski or/and improve your skills.

Top tip: You will also find funny obstacles here, where children can improve their skills with a lot of fun!

3. Burnson (for families)

The whole family can enjoy the slopes of Burnon. There is a baby lift for beginners, just like a lot of moderately difficult and demanding slopes for the more advanced ones. Ski through the trees on wonderful powder snow and enjoy the views!

4. La Tzoumaz – Savoleyres (For beginners and advanced)

The ski area La Tzoumaz and Savoleyres is a great spot for everyone. The area provides easy slopes for beginners and challenging slopes for more advanced skiers. This is also a spot for snowboarders because they can enjoy free roam here.

Top tip: This area is also the home of the longest toboggan run of the Valais Alps. It runs 10 kilometres and descends 850 metres from its start point. You can test your nerves and have great fun!

5. Nendaz (varied ski area)

The extraordinary ski area of Nendaz spoils you with a variety of ski areas for all abilities. You can easily spend days in this area without getting tired of it!

6. Veysonnaz (for free rider)

The ski area of Veysonnaz is a paradise for the free rider! This is an area with a lot of marked mountain routes, free riders will feel they are in a white heaven! The view on the Mont Blanc is incomparably beautiful!

Top tip: Voysonnaz is also a dream for fans of alternative winter sports – 30 kilometres of hiking trails, 4 marked routes for snowshoeing and 10 kilometres for cross-country skiing.

7. Thyon (for families)

In Thyon there are varied slopes for beginners, with one slope you can not exceed 30 km/h. The whole family can ski safely and relaxed without a worry.

Top tip: On the track of Muraz you can organize your own ski- or snowboard race. Rent the slope just like the equipment, for free!

8. Funpark Thyon (for free ride and snowboard)

The snow park of Thyon is perfect for all ages! Thyon offers a variety of challenges to entice both beginners and professionals all day long.
