Verbier is one of the largest ski areas in the Swiss Alps and one of the finest off-piste resorts in the world. So it’s no wonder that some of the best ski and snowboard schools can be found here.
Altitude Verbier is one of them.
Their passionate instructors are fully qualified and experienced. Carefully selected from across the world, they are able to give all lessons in 10 languages, and to children from as young as 2 years old.
What is more, the youngsters are always more than welcome at the Private Kids Garden at Les Esserts – a nursery slope that allows them to have their first introduction to the sport in maximum safety.
For the children’s beginner group lessons there is also a private bus available and locals can enjoy the exciting Weekend Clubs.

Extreme Lessons and Clinics
These are designed for talented young skiers and snowboarders, “too cool for school”. During this half day or full day lesson, video analysis sessions are conducted to improve the skills of the participants.
Kids Race Club
Conducted by professional coaches, this is aimed at young skiers with a true passion for racing. Experience is not required as all training is provided and those attending for 2 or more weeks will receive the Ski club Altitude uniform.
Performance Clinics
These are perfect for those wishing to improve their technique in all styles, including powder, bumps, freestyle and racing. The clinics are open to skiers and snowboarders from 8 years old and up.
