TechAcademy hosts day camps at several cities throughout Switzerland: Geneva, Zurich, Lausanne, Zug, and Basel.
The boarding camps take place at Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz near St Moritz and at Institut Montana Zugerberg in Zug.
Founded in 2015, TechSpark Academy has rapidly evolved to become the most sought-after kid’s technology institute in Switzerland. The academy handpicks the top-performing tutors from the world-famous EPFL and ETHZ, ensuring your child will learn from an inspiring instructor with unmatched expertise. Over a thousand curious students have completed the programme over the years, taught by a team of motivated expert instructors.
Small class sizes with a 1:6 student-instructor ratio provide ample opportunity for inquisitive minds to learn through questions and one-on-one interaction. TechSpark adopts a hands-on approach to learning through engaging tutorials that maintain a core focus on the practical component.
From the very beginning, students are encouraged to focus on the field that interests them most, whether that be mobile App/Game design, Python programming, Robotics, Cybersecurity or Digital Photography and Film.
All summer camp programmes are taught exclusively in English, though instructors can provide individual bilingual support in either French, German, or Italian (depending on the location of the camp).

Day Camps take place over four or five consecutive days between June and August. The academy runs this programme across five Swiss cities: Geneva, Zurich, Lausanne, Zug and Basel.
TechSpark segregates groups by age—Junior (8-12) and Teens (13-18)—as well as competency to promote a productive learning environment and facilitate long-lasting friendships.
Morning and afternoon sports breaks are scheduled throughout the course to give students a screen break and a chance to burn off steam. TechSpark provides healthy snacks and drinks for the duration of the course.
Parents are invited to see the learning in action on the last day of the course during an ‘open doors day.’ Read more about Day Camps.
TechSpark runs digital technology workshops as part of the prestigious Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz (LAZ) International Summer Camp near St Moritz and the Summer Sessions at Institut Montana in Zug. These highly sought-after summer camps both hold two sessions in July that span a total of two weeks.
Both summer camps are open to children aged 10 to 15, and you don’t have to be a pupil at the school to participate. TechSpark workshops take place in the afternoon and last for 3.5 hours each.
Sports, Arts, Fun Activities and Excursions:
Students enjoy morning and afternoon sports breaks to promote focus and a healthy lifestyle.
At both summer boarding camps, language classes take place in the mornings to allow students to hone their linguistic skills in German, English, or French. However, TechSpark workshops are taught exclusively in English—the international language of code.
Outdoor activities vary between the two summer camps, with options like hiking, camping, and rafting to choose from. Both summer camps are particularly popular among international students who relish in the opportunity to explore Switzerland’s majestic alpine scenery.
