Situated in the enclave of Winkelmatten, Chalet Shalimar is a 15-minute walk from the centre of the town and a ten-minute walk away from the Express Gondola that takes you to the Glacier Paradise.

Details

The chalet is ideal for large friends or groups, families or large corporate groups. It is a perfect spot to ski in and ski out of the chalet. It can accommodate up to twenty people across the ten bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The chalet is designed with traditional alpine wood and timber, and soft furnishings to create a warm and inviting ambience. The top floor features the living and dining area complete with fireplace and flat-screen TVs. Guests can enjoy the magnificent Matterhorn views through the floor-to-ceiling sliding door.

The ten double/twin bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Six of the bedrooms have private balconies while the remaining ones have access to the terrace on the ground floor. There is a ski room with heated boot warmers on this level too.

If the whole apartment is rented, one side of the top floor is transformed into the main dining area while the other into a living area. There are several kitchens on the ground floor, and further living and dining area.

Wellness

The wellness area is located on the lower ground floor and it features a wide range of spa facilities such as sauna, indoor swimming pool, massage room and hammam.
