Apartment Alex occupies the second floor of Chalet Shalimar and it's an exclusive duplex apartment, very close to the Matterhorn Express Lift. It's about 15 minutes’ walk to the centre of Zermatt and it takes 5 minutes by taxi for easy access. Due to the good snow conditions of the slopes, you can Ski In and Ski Out from the property.

This stunning penthouse combines two separate apartments connected through internal doors. It can accommodate up to 12 guests in its six en-suite bedrooms. The apartment can be rented separately or combined with another four bedroom Apartment Elena on the ground floor of the building to accommodate large groups.

There's a lift that takes you to the main living and dining area on the second floor. The living room is spacious and furnished with luxury sofas set around a large stone fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area can accommodate about 10 -20 guests. There are two TV rooms in the apartment so for entertainment; equipped with Apple TVs. There's also a floor-to-ceiling French window that leads onto furnished south-facing balconies featuring an amazing view of Matterhorn.

Apartment Alex has six spacious double bedrooms and they all have private balconies and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and power showers. Two of the rooms are master bedrooms and they offer a beautiful view of Matterhorn in all its glory.

Wellness

There is nothing as awesome as heading over to the spa to relax after skiing. The spa is located on the lower ground floor and it’s shared with Apartment Elena. There's also an indoor pool, sauna, Hammam and a massage room.
